Terms.
These terms cover the waitlist, invitations and the preview of your office, which is what is open today. Mwari is provided by Abraxas Group Limited (“we”, “us”). Terms for paid membership, calls and payments are set out below as “Applies when available” and will be confirmed before any of them opens.
1. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. It does not guarantee an invitation or a date. You can ask to be removed at any time.
2. Invitations and your account
- Invitations are personal: each works once, for the email address it was sent to, and lapses after a while. Please don’t pass yours on.
- You must be an adult and give accurate details. Keep your password to yourself; you can change it, or sign out of every device, under Household.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account, including by people you add to your household.
3. The preview of your office
During the preview your office works with practice venues only. Nothing is booked, paid for or sent in the real world, and nothing is charged. A request is shown as done only when the venue’s confirmation is in hand; if it cannot be confirmed, your office says so.
The preview is offered as it is, while we open Mwari carefully. It may change, pause or end, and we may not keep everything you create in it.
4. Acceptable use
Please don’t use Mwari for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or deceptive; for marketing or unsolicited messages; to resell reservations, tickets or appointments; or to try to reach other members’ information or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.
5. Your information
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, as the preview is free and works only with practice venues, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from it, to the extent the law allows.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Mwari at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law prevents it.
8. Paid membership and services that are not open yet
Applies when available
Membership. Essential, Private and Office will be monthly plans, billed in advance in US dollars. Prices, cancellation, refunds and any statutory right to withdraw will be confirmed before you are asked to pay; nothing is charged before then.
Acting for you. When your office books, calls or emails, it will act only within what you ask and the limits you set, in your name and for your own use, never reselling or holding reservations speculatively. Anything above your approval limit will wait for your approval in the app. Purchases will be between you and the business, using one-time cards; we will never see your full card number.
Calls. Your office will say it is an AI assistant calling for you, will never pretend to be you, and will say the call may be recorded, stopping if the other party objects.
Identity checks. For banking, medical or government tasks that need you to prove who you are, your office will bring you in rather than answer as you.
Businesses. We will not be a party to your purchase from a business and cannot answer for its products or service.
9. Law and disputes
The governing law and where disputes are heard will be stated here before paid membership opens. Until then, and always, the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in apply.
10. Changes and contact
We will update these terms as Mwari opens new services, and tell members in the app or by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Questions: privacy@mwarii.com.
